Shipping & Delivery

You can collect from us free of charge otherwise all the local deliveries we deliver ourselves by truck without the pallet.

* We only deliver to the UK mainland; we don't deliver to any islands or Northern Ireland.

Here is the general delivery principle:

If a standard bin lorry can get to your front door, we can deliver wood to you, if not;

Delivery will be on a pallet via a delivery company on a 7.5 tonne lorry.

Wood is delivered to nearest place of convenience if the delivery vehicle cannot get to your front door, as long as the driver has sight of his vehicle.

The item will be unloaded from the lorry using a tail-lift and maneuvered with a pump truck to the nearest access point.

Wood will only be delivered onto a hard ground surface, not wood chip, gravel or grass and only dropped onto the hard standing part of the property.

The delivery truck does not have a crane and cannot lift the item over fences/walls/hedges.

If you are not present the pallet(s) shall still be delivered and instruction left with a neighbour or otherwise.

Once delivered to the kerbside, it is your responsibility to move the product and dispose of the pallet and any other packaging.

Any damage that occurs during transport must be reported to us within 24hrs.

Please retain all the original packaging.

Provided you entered your mobile number on the checkout page the driver will call one hour before delivery.

If you wish to return the goods or request a refund, the goods will be refunded minus delivery charges, credit card processing fees, a return fee and a re-stocking fee.
